Dr. Madireddy Venkata Swarajya Lakshmi is a highly experienced Consultant Gynaecologist and Obstetrician with over 25 years of clinical expertise in women’s health. She completed her MBBS from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, and her Diploma in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (DGO) from Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh.
She specializes in managing antenatal and postnatal care, high-risk pregnancies, infertility evaluation, and a wide range of gynaecological procedures including hysterectomies and emergency obstetric care. She is also experienced in basic obstetric ultrasound and family planning services.
Dr. Lakshmi has actively contributed to public health initiatives, especially in rural women’s healthcare and awareness programs. Her leadership roles in the Indian Medical Association and multiple awards highlight her commitment and excellence in the field.
